UPOP: Coaching for the real world

Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program (UPOP) mentor-instructors: MIT alumni on their "amazing experience" of coaching UPOP sophomores for life in the real "world of work."

UPOP is a full year of introduction to "firm skills": the knowledge, tools and mindsets MIT students need to translate their "hard" science, math and engineering talent and training into thriving careers of their own design.
