Fatima is a municipal engineer in Casablanca, Morocco's largest city. She obtained her Diploma in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Urban Engineering from the Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics in Casablanca. She is also the head of a neighborhood team for a program that is designed to fight poverty in urban zones. At MIT she is interested in cutting edge technologies in urban and regional planning.
