Paula is an industrial engineer specializing in management, biodiversity and culture. She was formerly the Minister of Culture of Colombia. She has an MPhil degree in Management Studies at the University of Cambridge and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma de Colombia.
