Bartos Theater

Dean Daniel Hastings introduces the 2012 MacVicar Faculty Fellows as Dean Diana Henderson moderates a symposium emphasizing faculty collaborations and recent innovations involving undergraduate life and learning.

The program includes presentations by Professors Linda G. Griffith, Moungi G. Bawendi, John M. Essigmann, William Broadhead, and Arthur W. Bahr. The program also pays tribute to Robert Silbey, a champion for undergraduate education and a MacVicar Faculty Fellow, who passed away in October 2011. Alumnus Joel Yuen ’07 and Professor Robert Redwine share some reflections on working with Robert, one of the most visionary and important innovators in undergraduate education at MIT.
