He gives a detailed account of the daily activities of inspectors, and the processes involved in determining, for example, if a brewery is really a brewery, or a front for chemical weapons production. He has completed his work with the U.N. and emphasized that in his appearance at MIT, he is speaking for himself, and does not represent the United Nations.
